Earlier this year, Realtor^®  Kenneth Baker, an agent for Long and Foster Real Estate Inc. was inspired to start a real estate team whose primary focus was to provide clients with top notch service and at the same time give back to the New Jersey communities they serve.  This concept ultimately led Ken to form the NJ Realtors 4 Charity Team.  (NJR4C) (NJRealtors4Charity.com)  In the beginning of NJR4C’s inception, the basis of the program was simple, utilize Ken and his teams’ real estate services to successfully buy or sell a home and they will donate up to 25% of their personal gross commission* (Based on sale price) to a mutually agreed upon charity/Non-Profit organization and in the honor or their clients! 

Since that time, Ken has been constantly thinking of new strategies in how he could make this program even better!   He has since decided, starting now and until NJ Realtors 4 Charity reach their goal, they will now make their DONATIONS of their gross personal commission on every successful purchase or sale to the Habitat for Humanity Metro Camden affiliate with a goal to raise $75,000 in donations which ultimately equates to the cost to build one house!
