Proving We Care
We at NJ Realtors 4 Charity strongly believe that whether you plan on buying or selling, it is in your best interest to interview multiple realtors before deciding who will best represent you in accomplishing your real estate goals! We hope you choose to interview us!
How does the program work?
It all starts at the inception of our working relationship with each buyer and/or seller. Once you have informed us about your buying or selling criteria, we will sign a "Promissory Statement" which states that once we receive our personal gross commission* following the successful closing of the purchase/sale, WE WILL DONATE up to 25% of that commission to Habitat for Humanity, Metro Camden and make the donation in honor of the buyer(s)/seller(s)! ** Once the donation has been received, you will receive a special "Thank you" certificate directly from Habitat for Humanity!
Example: We represent a seller on a transaction in which the home sold for $350,000. If we receive the avg. 3% commission, our average*** gross personal commission would be $7850. 25% of this total would amount to a DONATION of $1968! If we represented both the buyer and seller on this transaction, the donation would DOUBLE to $3937! Not exactly "chump change", huh? This one sale alone would have attributed to almost 5% of our $75,000 goal!
It's that simple and it sure FEELS GOOD!

*Gross personal commission is the gross proceeds the agent receives after the broker of record is paid .
**By law, buyer(s)/seller(s) will not benefit or be allowed to file this as a tax-free donation on their yearly return. New Jersey is not a rebate state.
***The commission split between broker and agent varies throughout the year
These donations are not to be construed as a rebate. New Jersey is not a rebate state which in turn prohibits us from offering rebates.
